For standard product:

1. 1.Use our catalogs to choose a selection of product(s).
   

2. 2.List these product(s) on a purchase order noting all BRC product variables according to the catalog.  Variables can include, but are not limited to, “M1” for 1.00” thermofused laminate, “FM” for full modesty, etc.
   

3. 3.Fax or e-mail you order to BRC for processing.  Purchase orders that are missing information cannot be processed and will not be accepted.  Incomplete orders will be returned stating the reason for non-process in the same manner they were received (either fax or e-mail).
   

4. 4.After the order has been processed by BRC, we will issue an acknowledgement confirming receipt and detailing cost changes, if any, and a pick up or shipping date
   

1. •Lead time for standard product is approximately 4 weeks from acknowledgement.
   

For custom product:

1. 1.Fax, e-mail or telephone a request to BRC detailing the nature of the custom product.  A written explanation and sketch are recommended. Please note, any item, finish, edging, detail or otherwise not listed in BRC’s standard catalogs is considered custom and requires a written quote from BRC to successfully process an order.
   

2. 2.BRC will forward a written quote and at it’s discretion provide a 2D or 3D drawing.
   

3. 3.Fax or e-mail your quote to BRC for processing.  The order can include standard product as well as custom product.  For orders containing custom product, the written quote must accompany the purchase order.  Orders containing custom product that are not accompanied by a BRC written quote cannot be processed and will not be accepted.  Incomplete orders will be returned stating the reason for non-process in the same manner they were received (either fax or e-mail).
   

4. 4.After the order has been processed by BRC, we will issue an acknowledgement confirming receipt and detailing cost changes, if any, and a pick up or shipping date.
